A. The OPS is hosted by Flex4 but it can be integrated with your existing website without having to move this onto our server platform

A. The OPS is a licenced software solution similar to Microsoft Office, Photoshop etc but there is no restriction on the number of users and no software to install. Flex4 manages the solution centrally and you automatically receive any upgrades we carry out.

A. We have been established since 2004 and our management team have achieved the successful growth we have enjoyed without incurring any major debts. However, should anything happen to Flex4 we have placed the OPS software in Escrow which is a legal arrangement where the software is deposited with a 3rd party agent and all OPS clients would be able to access this.

A. Determined competitors will find out your prices one way or another. However OPS can be configured in different ways and if you prefer only account clients with secure login access can be given access to quotations online.

A. We guarantee 98% uptime but are currently achieving higher rates than this.

A. In the event of an internet “outage” at your premises your clients will still be able to access your solution. The internet is generally getting more and more reliable so this kind of situation is increasingly unlikely.

A. We would be happy to arrange a free, no obligation demonstration of the OPS at your premises and are currently developing a demonstration version that you will be able to access online.

A. The OPS has been developed with design flexibility in mind. We can either re-develop your existing site or integrate the solution into the “look and feel” of your existing site. You will also have the ability to update and change the text and images used throughout the site.

A. OPS generates a PDF document that you can print on any digital press.
